Indian Risotto

Risotto is a traditonal Italian dish made with certain varieties of rice like arborio or carnaroli or vialone nano. The traditional version of this dish is made with red wine as one of the ingredients. This version is for people like me who dont have wine or italian rice in their kitchen.
